How it works:
- We host a LIVE 60-minute WELCOME introduction and lesson, working together with you to create your x6 STEP ENERGY SHIFTING FRAMEWORK. This is an inspirational kickstart to your 8-day focus.
- A few days before the challenge starts, your access is granted to our private Facebook Group, where you receive direct support from Julia, Alice and Sonia; and of course, your fellow flourishing ladies.
- Each morning you will wake up with the Flourishing Ladies, where we will host a 30-45 minute Facebook LIVE and Zoom call to set you up for the day.

Day 2 - Connect back to your Inner Being.
Alice will help you connect back to yourself and align with your natural gifts and talents.
Day 3 - Let go of the Doubt.
Empower yourself to let go of self-doubt so that you can live the life you've always imagined for yourself. With Alice Schaefer.
Day 4 - Shift your Wealth Energy.
Julia introduces you to the power and magic of Feng Shui. Learn how to prime your surroundings for financial success. There's so much you can do!
Day 5 - Shift your Perception of Opportunity.
Julia will help you see that things are never as bad as they seem. You are already swimming in an ocean of abundance, it's just that you don't see it yet!
Day 6 - Shifting the Energy of Emotions.
Sonia will facilitate the shifting of stuck emotions that no longer serve you; creating space for re-energised vibrancy and flow.
Day 7 - Shifting and Re-shaping the Energy of Communication.
